Built among old stone ruins on a lushly planted hill overlooking Cruz Bay, Estate Lindholm provides a charming setting, with the convenience of being close to Cruz Bay's restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. You'll feel as if you're out of the fray but still near enough to run into town when you want. Rooms are sophisticated, with crisp white spreads accented by teak furniture. Although you can easily walk to Cruz Bay, the return trip is up a big hill. To get out and about, rent a car. The sunset views from Asolare restaurant, on the property, provide a stunning end to your day.

We stayed at the Estate Lindholm for 5 nights in March. This is really a small inn, as opposed to a bed&breakfast atmosphere. The rooms are private and while not luxurious, are tastefully decorated, comfy and clean. The balcony with spectacular view of St Thomas was unbeatable - and a great place to unwind with a drink! The location is great - as it is close to town, and the grounds are lush and serene. Breakfast overlooking the ocean is lovely - especially with all the colorful birds in the garden!
Everyone we met was very nice. They also lent us towels, beach chairs and coolers - which was a great convenience. There was also an honor bar where you could grab some sodas or beers on your way out.
Maybe not as luxurious as some of the more expensive resorts on the island - but is a lovely, friendly inn where you will feel welcome, comfortable and completely relaxed.
