In the heart of Frenchtown, culinary wizard Sally Darash creates menus with a passionate international flavor using fresh ingredients and a novel approach that makes for a delightful dining experience at this friendly, casual eatery. Sally's constantly changing menu is never the same, which means your favorite dish may not appear again. But there's always something new to tantalize your taste buds, such as yellowtail tuna swimming in a mango, key lime, and habanero sauce. Husband Craig maintains a 300-bottle wine list that's received accolades.

We've eaten everywhere on St. Thomas and Craig and Sally's is at the top. But it won't cost you an arm and a leg to eat there. Great food and value!

Only restaurant we tried that lived up to expectations. Knowledgeable wait staff for both food and wine. Wines selection excellent with some reasonably priced.

We have only positive things to say about our experiences here. We will surely return again and again, as will friends who regularly travel to STT. The food at Craig and Sally's is superb and our servers have been extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

I quit going after Craig once too often was sarcastic & snotty. Good food but not worth it.

I don't like being treated as though they are doing me a favor by taking my money for over-priced, badly done food. I don't mind paying for quality but this place doesn't have it.
