Gurkthaler Museumbahn
Gurkthaler Museumbahn Review
Across the highway from the Schloss Pöckstein is the northern terminus of a small narrow-gauge railway, the Gurkthaler Museumbahn. Under steam power, the train meanders for 30 minutes down to Treibach on weekends and holidays from late June to mid-September. For an additional contribution you can ride in the locomotive alongside the engineer.
