Gasthof zur Dankbarkeit Review
The kitchen of this lovely old guesthouse offers local fare as well as creative dishes with occasional Hungarian touches, served either in a comfortable Stube or at picnic tables in an interior garden under centuries-old shady trees. Start off with some of the spicy, Hungarian-style appetizers, followed by fresh fish from the lake (the waiter will know which fish were caught that morning). The succulent steaks and goulash come from the local Apetloner cattle, and the cellar has a good selection of vintage wines.
