Fodor's Review:
"Seventh heaven" not only describes this little restaurant's location atop the seventh floor of the chic Rathausgalerie, but also the dining experience. The all-around glass architecture of Lichtblick ("bright spot") provides you with sensational views of the Altstadt (Old City), and the kitchen, led by Andreas Zeindinger, offers wonderfully creative, captivating dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. The menu changes often and the desserts are especially good. The view and chic atmosphere of the restaurant overflow into the adjoining Cafe Bar Lounge 360, so even if you're not lucky enough to get dinner reservations, come anyway.
