Gasthof Moser Review

North of Kremsmünster on Highway 139 in the village of Neuhofen, the Moser is known throughout the countryside for its good cooking. Built in 1640, it retains a time-stained ambience with its vaulted ceilings, curving, thick, white walls, and dark wood. During the week, it's a gathering spot for chess aficionados from the surrounding area. The menu ranges from old standards like turkey cordon bleu to the innovative cannelloni stuffed with Zanderfilet (pike perch) on a bed of roast zucchini and tomatoes. The pork roast with homemade bread dumplings, sauerkraut, and gravy is always a good choice.
