Occupying a 19th-century building with a garden and an outdoor pool, Hotel Lapad overlooks Gruz harbor, just a 15-minute walk west of the Old Town, making it a good midrange option. A boat service to nearby beaches is at your disposal. Rooms in the new wing are somewhat more spacious than those in the old wing and, therefore, a little more expensive. The hotel offers good discounts off-season.
