Hotel Berkeley Review
One block back from Gruz harbor, close to the cruise terminal, this welcoming three-star hotel is run by a Croatian-Australian family. The rooms, studios, and self-catering apartments are all immaculate, with wooden floors and smart minimalist furniture. Studios sleep three while apartments sleep four, and both have fully equipped kitchenettes, making them a fine choice for families with kids. Units on the upper floor have views over the harbor. There's a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and deck lined with sun beds, and private excursions are offered aboard the hotel motorboat. There's also big game fishing. Free underground parking is available for hotel guests.
