Offering a world beyond mere pasta, the second member of the Ambiente chain has the group's trademark sharp service and a better setting, thanks largely to its location under a high stone-rimmed vaulted ceiling in the cellar of a baroque-era building. It's a mainstay for the business crowd at lunchtime, and the clientele in the evening ranges from locals out on the town to tourists who just wandered in. Whenever you go, soft lighting, candles, and excellent service ensure stress-free dining.
