Fodor's Review:
An intimate salon of just seven tables, Alcron is the city's seafood mecca. Though dating only from 1998, this semicircular room's Jazz-Age murals give it a classic presence. Main courses include creative interpretations of traditional fish recipes from around the world, including seasonal specials such as smoked eel with truffled scrambled eggs, scallops with caviar, lobster bisque and langoustines with seared foie gras. The limited seating arrangements mean reservations are a must.
