$$$$, Kastrup
Fodor's Review:
This calm oasis immediately takes the stigma away from common airport hotels that seem to be only brief stopgaps for weary travelers. Four 12-story buildings surround a bright atrium. Half of the rooms have views of the city's skyline; the other half look out onto Terminal 3 of the airport. Executive floors 11 and 12 have special amenities and offer complimentary access to a club room. Rooms have broad windows and are decorated in a modern Scandinavian style with indigenous woods from sustainable forests; the bathrooms are spacious. Befitting its location, arrival/departure terminals are in the lobby, and the airport's main terminal is just across the street. Although there is a train station in the airport, a Metro station is also due to open at the hotel's entrance in 2007, which will spare travelers expensive taxi rides downtown.
