Hotel Ærø

Hotel Ærø Review

A hodgepodge of ship parts and nautical doodads, this dimly lighted restaurant and inn looks like it's always been here. Brusque waitresses take orders from serious local trenchermen. The menu is staunchly old-fashioned, featuring frikadeller (fried meatballs), fried rødspætte (plaice) with hollandaise sauce, and dozens of smørrebrød options.
