Fodor's Review:

The friendly owners, Mr. and Mrs. Dorta, and an interesting historical tidbit (the property once was the home of pre-Raphaelite painter Sir John Everett Millais) set this B&B apart from the Gower Street hotel pack. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Those at the back are far quieter and overlook the hotel's pleasant garden, although even at the front, the double glazing somewhat tames the din of the students on their way to and from class at nearby University College London.

Clean and Friendly...and what a bargain

Mr. and Mrs. Dorta made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful, giving us energy to last until mid-afternoon. Only 2 blocks from the tube was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay there again.
