Fodor's Review:
It's Cockney bather and all-day English breakfasts at this landmark café near Brick Lane and Colombia Road markets. With stained glass, deco marquetry, and pics autographed by EastEnders soap stars, it's the hole-in-the-wall for the breakfast Londoners adore: eggs, bacon, toast, baked beans, black pudding, and "bubble 'n' squeak" (cabbage and mash potatoes). Your arteries may clog up, but at least the wallet survives: almost everything is under £5, including lasagna.
