Acorn House

$$, Eclectic, Bloomsbury

Fodor's Review:

London's top eco-friendly upmarket restaurant in resurgent King's Cross spearheads the trend for green dining. All ingredients are seasonal, sustainable, organic, fair-trade, or locally sourced. The water is purified on site, the staff uses biodeisel, the packaging is biodegradable, and all waste is recycled. London's ethical eaters love the concept, and they get to choose the size of portions to help reduce overconsumption. Wonderfully creative dishes range from yellow beetroot with potatoes to pheasant salad with dandelion.
