Expect queues and mirrored ceilings at this long-time favorite that churns out stacks of dim sum at a furious pace. Start with dumplings stuffed full of squid, pork, prawn, scallop, or crab, and follow up with spare ribs, Chinese greens, and pots of tea. There are other good branches at Baker Street, St. John's Wood, and Canary Wharf.
