Fodor's Review:

It's hard to imagine, while taking tea in this flowery hotel overlooking a quiet garden, that you're an amble away from busy Brompton and Cromwell roads and the splendors of the V&A Museum. A few of the rooms are small, but the marble bathrooms are not, and the large garden rooms and suites are plush indeed. Some rooms have four-poster beds; all have antique furnishings. Tea is served daily in the lounge, and there's an honor bar.

Hidden treasure

A surprise inside from its rather modest exterior. Backs onto a private small park for the street's residents. Very nice, very "English" decor. Very quiet yet just steps from busy Brompton Road.
