Holmhead Guest House Review

Talk about a feel for history—this former farmhouse in open countryside, graced with stone arches and exposed beams, is not only built on Hadrian's Wall but also of it. Rooms are small but comfortable, the beds covered with soft, white eiderdown. There's also an apartment in a cottage rented by the week.
