With sleek modern bedrooms done in white and neutrals, this friendly B&B provides top-class accommodation in two buildings in the center of Old Portsmouth, just yards from the waterside. The best option here is the penthouse room—costing slightly more—offering stunning views over the harbor (binoculars are provided) as well as its own rooftop terrace. The Millennium Promenade running alongside the harbor to Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard is across the street.
