The changing Modern British menu specializes in seafood dishes, mostly sourced from Portsmouth's fish market right opposite, and may include moules marinière, fish cakes, or salmon Wellington; alternatively, opt for the sirloin steak and fries, or an asparagus-and-wild mushroom tartlet.
