Urhokekkosen Kansallispüisto (Urho Kekkonen National Park) Review
More than 2,500 magnificent square km (962 square mi) make up the Urhokekkosen Kansallispüisto. The park guide center is at Tankavaara. The western side of the park has marked trails accessible to hikers of all experience levels while wilderness zones present more demanding terrain. It is also popular for fishing and hunting, and reindeer herding remains the largest source of income in the region.
