Here you'll find a moderately priced brasserie menu and a more expensive selection on the main menu. In the restaurant, try the salmon, whitefish, duck, or reindeer dishes, many prepared in red-wine or game sauces. Brasserie favorites include salads and open-faced sandwiches (called toasts) with smoked-reindeer, smoked salmon, and chicken.
