At this popular restaurant in the center of town, done in shades of chocolate and taupe, the balance between elegant and casual finds expression in the wide choice of dishes on offer. The upscale à la carte menu is replete with exceptional fish specialties, while the La Tradition menu, served only during the week, includes a terrine de la mer tiède et sa crème de Chablis (warm seafood terrine with a Chablis cream sauce) and joues de porc aux abricots secs s et sa petite semoule (pig cheeks with dried apricots and savory semolina).
