It's well worth squeezing into this tiny corner of paradise to experience the generous and modern bistro fare of Beaune's most capable culinary couple. Rabbit terrine with hazelnut oil and Charolais beef with an Époisses cream sauce grace a menu fit for a stint with the angels. Excellent value menus are offered.
