Les Muses de l'Opéra Review
High up under the glass vault of the Opéra de Lyon, this small restaurant looks out past the backs of sculptures of the eight Muses over the Hôtel de Ville. The quality and variety of the creative contemporary cuisine make it hard to decide between the choices offered, but the salmon in butter sauce with watercress mousse is always a winner.
