Le Manoir des Impressionnistes Review

An archetypal fin-de-siècle villa, perched on top of a small wooded hill 200 yards from the sea, this gorgeous half-timber, dormer-roof manor welcomes you with a pretty green-and-white facade in the Anglo-Norman style and guest rooms that have sweeping views; all are traditionally and tastefully furnished, and have modern marble bathrooms, and the room on the first floor has a four-poster bed and its own balcony. The atmospheric restaurant (open for dinner throughout the week and also for lunch weekends) presents a seasonal gastronomic range of land and sea dishes, such as lobster in its own juices and sweetbreads glazed with hazelnut.
