Modern French
La Famille. Inaki Aizpitarte, originally from the Basque region, opened this hip restaurant on a street known for its role in the film Amélie. The spare space attracts the bobo (bohemian bourgeois) neighbors who are bringing a new energy to Montmartre. Aizpitarte's globetrotting menu might include panfried foie gras with miso sauce or chocolate custard with fiery Basque peppers. On the last Sunday of every month a tasting menu is served (the restaurant is otherwise closed Sunday).
