Grand Hotel Nord-Pinus Review

A richly atmospheric stage-set for literati (or literary poseurs), decor-magazine shoots, and people who prize ambience, this scruffy-chic landmark is not for everyone—but if Picasso once felt at home here, perhaps you may too. Presiding over the Place du Forum, it has an array of individually decorated guest rooms: wood or tile floors, large bathrooms, and tasteful (if somewhat exotic) artwork are cleverly set off to stylish art-director advantage. Breakfast, whether continental or American, is extra.
