Named after Chef Jean Luc le Formal, this intimate white, stone-wall cellar room is anything but stuffy. Signature dishes include an artichoke, truffle, and tuna sashimi sandwich and classic grilled beef tenderloin with pan-seared foie gras; these, and other wonderful creations, are available à la carte or on several well-priced set menus.
