Colline de Château (Château Hill) Review
This hilltop park, accessible by elevator from the east end of the Promenade des Anglais or by steps from Place Garibaldi, commands the site of a once-massive medieval stronghold of which only a few ruins remain. From here take in extraordinary views of the Baie des Anges, the length of the Promenade des Anglais, and the red-ocher roofs of the Vieille Ville.
