Celebrity chef Bruno Clément opened this stylish bistrot-deli in an effort to bring the exquisite but expensive taste of truffles to the masses. He succeeded. Truffles come with everything, from caramelized truffle ice cream to truffle-infused baked Brie; and even the most budget-conscious can afford to indulge. Even so, how many truffles can one person consume?
