The perfectly crafted and creative haute cuisine, prepared by renowned chef Daniel Achilles, focuses on traditional German recipes with a twist. The competent yet relaxed service and great atmosphere make this one of the most enjoyable dining destinations. Guests usually choose from three- to eight-course menus, carefully orchestrated to lead into each other and create an unforgettable dining experience. The varied wine selection is heavy on German and Spanish wines.
