Fodor's Review:
The Brauerei (brewery) was once part of the monastery and has brewed beer since the Middle Ages. The unusually soft water gives the beer a flavor that is widely acclaimed. Guided tours of the brewery and its museum are possible, though it is advisable to call ahead. The charge is EUR 6.50, which includes two glasses of beer and a souvenir. There is also a shop where you can buy the beer and souvenirs.
