An 18th-century bakery has been skillfully converted into this hotel, which has been managed by the same family for four generations. It's close to the main train station, on a quiet street of the old walled town. The cozy rooms are decorated in rustic Bavarian style. Two wood-paneled, traditionally furnished taverns ($-$$) serve Franconian fare with an excellent fish menu.
