Hummel Museum

Hummel Museum Review

Rödental, northeast of Coburg, is the home of the world-famous M. I. Hummel figurines, made by the Göbel porcelain manufacturer. There's a Hummel Museum devoted to them, and 18th- and 19th-century porcelain from other manufacturers. The museum is open weekdays 9-5 and Saturday 9-noon. Besides the museum's store, there are several retail outlets in the village.
