Fodor's Review:
This sunny establishment is a feature of Frankfurt's Ökohaus, which was built according to environmental principles (solar panels, catching rainwater, etc.) It's more or less vegetarian, with such dishes as a vegetable platter with feta cheese or curry soup with grated coconut and banana. Much of what's served, even some of the beer, is organic.

Good vegetarian and organic food is not always easy to come by. Nova'as Arch does it for me.RATING: 4.6
