Fodor's Review:
The art of fine dining is celebrated in the open show kitchen of this new, casual restaurant right next to the modern art shows of the Deichtorhallen. Chefs Patrick Gebhardt and Florian Pabst prepare straightforward, light German nouvelle cuisine with an emphasis on fresh fish. The minimalist, bland dining room reminiscent of a school cafeteria (only highlighted by a bright-red wall application) might not be to everyone's liking, but the buzzing atmosphere, artsy clientele, fragrant food, and great personal attention from the waitstaff make this the top choice among up-and-coming eateries in Hamburg.
