Chef Achim Münch and his vivacious American wife, Heyley, run this country inn in Nüstenbach, a suburb north of Mosbach. The decor is stylish -- one room elegant, the other more rustic. The interesting display of antique silver is for sale. Fresh, seasonal cuisine and fish are always featured, as well as such creative dishes as baked fondue or venison in a pistachio crust. There's a good selection of wines at very fair prices.
