Fodor's Review:
Rooms with warm, sunny colors and modern decor are brilliantly incorporated into this old malt factory in the heart of Old Town. The restaurant ($-$$; no credit cards) is lively until well past midnight. House-brewed Scheffel's beer is the beverage of choice (although there are two wines from the excellent Baden estate Dr. Heger). Try the Kohlrouladen (homemade stuffed cabbage rolls) or Spannferkel (roast suckling pig). The cellar houses the brewery (tours and tasting possible) and a weekend jazz club; in the courtyard is a huge beer garden.
