Fodor's Review:
In the quiet residential district of Lehel (St.-Anna-Strasse is a cul-de-sac accessed through the neo-Renaissance arcades of the Ethnographic Museum), the Opera offers rooms decorated in an elegant style -- lots of Empire, some art deco. Some rooms have glassed-in balconies. The service is perhaps the best in Munich. There are no minibars, but guests can order room service round the clock. Enjoy summer breakfast in the back courtyard decorated with orange and lemon trees.
