Walking tours (in German) of Heilbronn and Mosbach depart from their respective tourist offices. Heilbronn's year-round tours are Saturday at 11:30, for EUR 2.10. There's also a tour April-September, Tuesday evening at 6:15 (EUR 4.50), that concludes with a Viertele glass of wine in a Heilbronn wine restaurant. Free tours of Mosbach take place May-September, Wednesday at 2:30. June-September there are free (German) tours of Hirschhorn on Saturday at 10.
The visitor-friendly (three-day) stuttcard plus (EUR 17) and stuttcard (EUR 11.50), with or without access to free public transportation, are available from the Stuttgart tourist office opposite the main train station. This is also the place to book tours and the meeting point for city walking tours in German (year-round, Saturday at 10) for EUR 7.50. There are daily bilingual walks April-October at 11 AM and an extra tour Friday at 5 PM for EUR 6. Bilingual bus tours depart from the bus stop around the corner from the tourist office, in front of Hotel am Schlossgarten (April-October, daily at 1:30; November-March, Friday-Sunday at 1:30) for EUR 17. All tours last from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. A bilingual Saturday-evening walking tour (7 PM-after midnight) includes a visit to a nightclub (with a show), a pub crawl, and dinner for EUR 60.

The Tübingen tourist office runs guided city tours year-round, weekends at 2:30. From February through October there are also tours on Wednesday at 10 AM and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 2:30 for EUR 3.10. Tours start at the Rathaus on the market square. Overnight guests receive a free Tourist-Regio-Card from their hotel (ask for it) for reduced admission fees to museums, concerts, theaters, and sports facilities.
