"Mad" Friedrich Hölderlin lived here for 36 years, until his death in 1843, in the care of the master cabinetmaker Zimmer and his daughter. If you don't speak German, the Web site's English version provides good background to help you get the most out of your visit.
- Cost: EUR 1.50, with tour EUR 2.50
- Open: Tues.-Fri. 10-noon and 3-5, weekends 2-5. Tours weekends at 5 PM; English-language tours available by arrangement
