The leaded windows with stained glass, vases of flowers, and beautifully upholstered banquettes create a bright setting in the two dining rooms. Chef Werner Glässel uses only organic products and spotlights individual ingredients. The variety of seasonal menus (€40) are always a good choice. Top off the meal with one of the many varieties of schnapps.
