Schmuckmuseum (Jewelry Museum) Review
The Reuchlinhaus, the city cultural center, houses the Schmuckmuseum. Its collection of jewelry from 5 millennia is one of the finest in the world. The museum nearly doubled in size in 2006, adding pocket watches and ethnographic jewelry to its collection, plus a shop, a café, and a gem gallery where young designers exhibit and sell their work. Guided tours in English are available on request.
