Fodor's Review:

Sleek and chic, with a seaside dining area decked out in designer pastels, this restaurant evokes visions of the Riviera and is utterly removed from the nearby clattering, shouting tavernas. It's tempting to dismiss Plous as pretentious when you see the prices, but venture in and taste the food -- fresh, inventive, and bursting with flavor. The tender baby squid cooked with balsamic vinegar, honey, and rosemary is unforgettable, as are the grilled octopus with fennel and the delicious cuttlefish with white-beet risotto.
