AVA Hotel & Suites Review
Set on a quiet sidestreet of the quaint Plaka district, this lovely small hotel is ideally located for all the major Athens attractions—fully renovated in 2010, it has quickly become a firm favorite among leisure and business travelers alike. Many are content with the "Regular" one-room layout suites, but others, especially those on a longer stay, opt for the "Executive" and "Exclusive" suites, which come with separate living space, small kitchenette, and large balcony. The pale-hued furnishings are elegant, comfortable, and pleasant to the eye: the overall feeling is of a home-away-from-home. And let's not overlook the free high-speed, in-room Internet, the safe large enough for a laptop, and the complimentary free champagne and chocolate upon arrival.
