The spot where Aristotle Onassis and Maria Callas once danced is now a vision in minimalist island white, reopened in 2007 by one of Enalion's owners. Tables nestle in the small, high-ceiling Hydra Nautical Club and wind around the deck outside, which affords an exquisite sea view. The setting is romantic at this pricey gourmet bar restaurant offering an extensive salad menu and tempting starters such as Greek caviar with fava bean mash and caramelized onions. Try the extremely moist grilled salmon with wild rice and vegetables or select from six different sauces for your grilled meats. After dinner, the owners will treat you to a glass of limoncello, or you can try the strawberry daquiri and mojito at the lively bar.
