Cretan Folklore Museum Review
An old village house in Ayios Georgios contains the delightful Cretan Folklore Museum. The house stands as it was when generations of farmers lived here, and the simple furnishings, embroidery, tools, and combination of living quarters and stables provide a chance to see domestic life as it was, and indeed still is, for many residents.
