Lembessis Review
Artemonas's best, Lembessis is part of chef Stamatis Lembessis's family hotel (happily, it is open all year). In this quiet garden restaurant, the meat, vegetables, and wine come from Dad's organic farm. Quiche with sun-dried tomatoes starts things off properly, rabbit stew with onions and lamb wrapped in phyllo with cheese and herbs make a hearty main course, and where else can you find crème caramel made from cream fresh from the cow?
