Set in a windmill—built in 1872 and preserved by the government after the 1956 earthquake—Vanilia also encompasses pretty terraces, on which to enjoy the good food. You might start with Greek sardines wrapped vine leaves. Homemade pasta, such as ravioli stuffed with farmer's cheese and tomatoes is a specialty. An intriguing entrée is grilled tuna fish fillet with basil-mint sauce. Yogurt tart with strawberries will make you want to linger at this friendly place.

    A Beautiful Dinner

    We very much enjoyed our dinner here. The location is wonderful with an excellent view. But make sure you have a reservation and ask for a table UPSTAIRS. The menu was very creative. The service was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
